The Bride

Dearest Family, Friends and World Changers,

What a Month! This October we’ve traveled to multiple states for the first time as a family of seven. It’s had many challenges, yet out of those challenges-enormous blessings.

Beginning of the month we traveled to Atlanta for a family wedding and met up with some partners, as well as some fellow overland missionaries. Our family then flew from ATL to LAX and spent several days with immediate family who we haven’t seen for 2 years- Anna & Val, we love you guys so much! From there we caught a plane to Seattle, rented a car and drove down to Vancouver, WA where we parked it at the Durshpek residents for the next 2 weeks. There we met up with partners, friends, and Andreys side of the family where we shared what the Lord’s been doing in Zambia, shared testimonies, and stories from the field. We are enormously touched by the warm hospitality and encouragement that each of you sowed in us while we were there-thank you!

Currently, we are driving down from Atl, Ga to Jax, FL. Bittersweet for us and the children because of how much we’ve enjoyed our time with the body of Christ and encouraging and being encouraged along our journey but excited to return to our temporary home in FL..we aren’t there for long before we go on to the next journey.

This weekend we’ve been asked to speak at a married couples retreat, and we are so excited! Im so impressed with couples who choose to invest into their marriages BEFORE they get into sticky situations in life. Andrey and I know how a lack of good communication and quantity over quality can take a toll on our relationship, so when we were asked to lead this retreat, we were totally on board. Strong, christian marriages are greatly needed in the body of Christ which takes sacrifice not only in finances, but the thing that people struggle with giving up most…TIME. Please pray that each couple would receive and be blessed by this weekend and also pray for us as well.

November is also filled with travel for Andrey and I before we return to Africa in January. Our plans are to travel to missouri and Texas this month to visit our partners and make new ones. We also plan to attend the wedding of one of our awesome Eastern Provence team mates-Kyle Nelsons wedding. Kyle and Janea will join us early next year in Chipata as a family unit- so exciting! For those who are unaware, Our family (as well as everyone on Overland Missions staff) are 100% partner/supporter-reliant for our funding. We are believing the Lord for more partners on a monthly and annual basis in order to be able to accomplish and impact more in the nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
